Rju at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a user from registering on the Website and/or App without assigning any reason thereof.

Except where additional terms and conditions are provided which are product specific, these terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. Use of the Site and/or App is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are 'incompetent to contract' within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. We use the help of various third-party partners and vendors to ensure timely shipping and delivery of your products. You can view the status of your order at any time by using the “Track Order” functionality on the website which links back to data from the delivery partner. Confirmed orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Once shipped, they'll be delivered to you within 2-5 working days. Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, product availability and courier partner’s delivery time & location. A delivery fee of Rs. 49 is applicable on orders below Rs. 500.

Orders once placed on the website are considered final. However, we understand that you may change your mind due to various issues. As a result, we allow cancellation of orders placed for upto 12 hours from order placement by writing to us at Rjucare@riverinebodycare.com. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to take returns or exchanges for any products, once they are delivered to the customer. However, in the rare case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged only once. In the unfortunate event that an order placed by you cannot be serviced due to the product not being in stock, Riverine Body care will refund the money debited towards such products, within 7-14 working days.

The MRPs of all products on our website are inclusive of all mandatory government taxes, unless otherwise stated. The price of products – MRP, or with any applicable promos or discounts – is at the sole discretion of Riverine Body Care and may be amended at any time without any prior intimation. The price as decided by the organisation will be final and binding.
